There May Be Hope Yet.......

Ok, so last Sunday, I got up at 8:30 because the dogs wanted out. Church starts at that time, and I didn't see myself going. Dad told me to get dressed and go to church because Mom needed help teaching her class. I did as I was told (yeah, that's a first.) and got dressed and went to church. When I walked in, the kids greeted me and really took to me.
We only stayed long enough to partake the sacrament, then went home because we've all been fighting colds. As we were leaving, we saw the Elders Quarm President, and I asked him when he's going to visit Dave. He came while we were out on Tuesday night, but invited Dave to play Basketball and go Bowling. I told Dave he's going bowling so he can't use the excuse of "I don't know anybody" anymore. I am not going to push him at Basketball because he's so out of shape, I don't want to kill him, at least not right now.
My goal is to be paying my tithing and going to church on a regular basis so I can get my recommend renewed by the end of the year. We're working on Dave rearranging his schedule so he can have weekends off, hopefully he can pull it off, it would be nice to be able to attend church with my husband. It would also benefit us if he had weekends off because it'd be easier for us to be able to see his family.

Tucker James Hollingsworth

Well, it's been a little over a month since he came into this world, and I just got the ok from Marsh to post 1 photo of Tucker, last night. This is my favorite one of him so far, at least that I have in my possession. When I get a better one, beleive me, it will be switched out.

Making Progress

Because Dave prefers to keep Dante, and people have said that he doesn't pay much attention to him, I wanted to prove that he does get playtime in with Dante. Lately I've been curious how he'd interact with Karma. I brought them together in the house, and this is their second meeting.
Yes, Karma looks pretty evil, but she and Dante were having tons of fun. Meanwhile, Tika was locked outside in the backyard because her and Karma clash, or don't play well with each other. I felt bad for her, but really had no other choice. We're still trying to get her a better home, but nobody seems to follow through with meeting her.
Mom and Dad got a new game for their Wii the other day. We gave it a try, and boy, it really kicked my butt. I've decided if I play it once or twice a day, I could drop some serious weight, depending on how intense of a workout I do, and NO it's not a Wii Fit. Well, I should go, gotta shower and Dad is chomping at the bit to get on here. Hope all is good for everyone.
