So it's been a little while since Dave Dixon, aka "Humpty Dumpty" got the job my husband sought after and was more qualified for. Yesterday I was told that my husband did a very naughty thing, and I had to laugh. He somehow passed it through to the guy who was doing the hiring that Humpty Dumpty would not follow the training outline, that he would change things to his liking and will think he knows more than the company. Well, when he was walking by the boss' office, he found him talking to Humpty Dumpty, basically ripping him a new one about how to do his job. Dave said it was hilarious. On a more positive not with Dave's job. That same "boss" overheard Dave teaching a class, and then told Dave's sup that if he had to do it all over again, he would have hired Dave in a heartbeat. It made him feel good to know, but it's funny to see that this guy has FINALLY discovered that he screwed up. It won't be long before Dave gets the promotion I'm sure.
So the kittens are now 3 weeks of age. They all seem to be male, and are in excellent health. They're developing right on schedule and will soon be ready to venture outside for fresh air, that will make Momma happy as she is suffering from Cabin Fever. We had to move them into the computer room because the other 3 cats we have are sick with Upper Respritory Virus and has to take it's course. Sounds like Piper is starting to get it as well, hopefully the kitten's immune systems are strong and they don't get it. Here's a photo of Angel, him and one of his other brothers are going to Dave's brother's house when they're ready to leave mom.
If Piper were the only cat we have, we would keep him ourselves as Dave and I both like him a lot, but realistically we can't keep him and we've agreed to give him to somebody whom we can still visit and see him. Well, I've gotta head and fix dinner, we're cooking Honey Teriyaki Chicken in the Crock Pot. We'll keep you guys posted on everything going on.

Good to hear about Dave and his job. hope things go better. and are you really going to get rid of a kitty or are you pulling a prank!
Considering we've got a total of 9 cats, and I'm not Melanie, yes, we're getting rid of all 5 Kittens. Serious as a heart attack.
